Hangar Hash: Prop Wash (Kahlua)



Ingredients
9 tsp. instant coffee
2 1/2 cups sugar
4 cups water
3 tsp vanilla
2 1/2 cups vodka

Simmer uncovered for 3 hours. Add vanilla and vodka.
